Booking & Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of your scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact Sweet Photography as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate a new date based on availability. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Due to the nature of photography services and the time invested in planning, photographing, and editing your session, payments are non-refundable once photography services have been provided.

Artistic Style & Creative Discretion

By booking a session with Sweet Photography, you acknowledge that you have reviewed my portfolio and understand my artistic style and editing approach. All images are captured and edited according to Carrie Sweet's artistic vision and professional judgment. Due to the artistic nature of photography, refunds will not be issued based solely on personal preference regarding editing style, composition, posing, or other creative decisions.

Delivery

Professionally edited digital images will be delivered through a private online gallery within the estimated timeframe discussed during your session.

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Sweet Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their purchased images for personal, non-commercial use.

Images may not be sold, altered, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Sweet Photography.

With your permission, Sweet Photography may display selected images on our website, social media pages, or promotional materials.

We will never sell your photographs or use them for advertising without your permission. If you prefer your images remain private, simply let us know before or during your session, and we will gladly honor your request. We will have a photo waver for you to sign.

***While every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality photography services, Sweet Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen events that may affect a scheduled session.
